This Terms of Service Addendum (“Addendum”) applies to the use of the Pipedrive integration feature (“Integration”) offered by YAVIA (“we,” “us,” “our”), in conjunction with your use of our core services (“Platform”). By enabling or using this Integration, you agree to the terms set forth herein, in addition to our general Terms of Service.

The Pipedrive Integration enables users of our Platform to:

• Create and sync contact records from our system to their Pipedrive account.

• Sync chat messages (originating from conversations within our Platform) to the associated contact record in Pipedrive as notes.

To facilitate this Integration, the Platform will require access to your Pipedrive account via API authorization. The following permissions are required:

• Read and write access to Pipedrive Contacts.

• Write access to Notes (for appending chat messages).

• Optional access as required by future enhancements (users will be notified).

We use this access solely for the purposes of enabling the Integration features as described.

• Ensuring that your use of the Integration complies with Pipedrive’s Terms of Service and applicable data protection laws (including, where relevant, GDPR, UK DPA 2018).

• Obtaining all necessary consents from individuals whose data you transfer to Pipedrive via our Platform.

• Maintaining the security of your API credentials and Pipedrive account.

• Contacts will be added or updated in Pipedrive only when new or modified records are detected in our system.

• Chat messages will be logged as plain-text notes and associated with the appropriate Pipedrive contact based on matching criteria (e.g. email, name, or system ID).

• We do not delete any data in your Pipedrive account; removal of records must be done manually by you.

While our Platform may temporarily cache data during sync processes, we do not retain a persistent copy of your Pipedrive data unless explicitly required for troubleshooting or support purposes. All such data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

We provide the Integration “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or completeness of the data synchronized. It is your responsibility to verify critical data accuracy post-integration.

We are not liable for:

• Loss or corruption of data resulting from the use of this Integration.

• Any direct or indirect consequences of data shared with or through Pipedrive.

You may disable the Integration at any time. Upon termination, no further data will be synchronized, though previously synced data will remain in your Pipedrive account unless manually removed.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Integration at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
